• How come my record results don't appear to match my search criteria?
  Lawyers Title Mortgage Leads will automatically search the entire mortgage history for a given owner that matches your selected search criteria. If you only wish to search the most recent mortgage activities, you have the ability to do this with the "Search most recent mortgage only" option.
• What can I do if I get an 'error' status during my full record download?
  Occasionally a problem may occur during the transmission of the data. The first possible solution is to simply go back to the 'Search' page and try to resume that same download. The file should continue to download from where it previously stopped. If the download doesn't continue, contact customer service at 800-345-7334.
• How long do I have to resume the same download?
  You have 60 days from the date of the first search. Beyond this, the search will be removed from the server.
• What happens if I resume a download into a new file and then choose the original file to save the data to?
  Your original file will be overwritten with new records. You will lose all the original records that were in that file. Please specify a different file name when you want to resume a download into a new file.
• How do I select more than one county?
  To select more than one county use the standard windows procedure to select multiple items in a listbox:
  Hold down <Ctrl> when clicking on a county name to add that county to the current selection
  or hold down <Shift> to select all counties between the last one selected and the one you click.
• Why can't I select a county?
  There are a couple situations when the county selection is not available:
  1. The All counties checkbox is checked. This means you want to perform your search in the whole state and therefore there is no point in selecting specific counties. To select just one or more specific counties uncheck the box.
  2. Municipality, ZIP Code Range or Census tract search criteria is set. These criteria fields are county specific and therefore your selection would be invalid in any other county. To change the county Clear these search fields (all are located in Property location group).
